Tapping for Health and Success

If you’re interested in health then you need to discover EFT Tapping.  I discovered it six weeks ago at a seminar and was immediately intrigued as it claimed to be able to teach you how to rid yourself of pain and my wrists/arms were aching that day from my repetitive strain injury.  Amazingly, the tapping exercise seemed to work and so I continued to repeat it when needed.

Today, I am rarely bothered by those same pains and now am learning to use tapping to help me in other areas of my life. I researched it on the web and joined an online group through the link given below… the EFT World Summit. On this website, different tapping methods were featured for 9 days as various EFT practitioners were interviewed about their work in many areas of health and wellness.

What an amazing Summit! I had no idea this tapping method even existed so I tried to take part as much as possible. Fortunately, we also had the opportunity to purchase copies of these videos, (of course!) as well as other bonus interviews, and after much research and hearing some of the sessions, I decided to take advantage of their offer. I can now burn them onto cd and listen to them whenever I want. Testimonials tell how tapping can be life-changing if utilized correctly and often … and I intend to do just that.

What is an ORAC Value?

Posted in Health, Healthy Chocolates tagged , , at 1:17 pm by twoauthors

What on earth is that, you ask. It’s something developed in Maryland USA and tells you the anti-oxidant level of common foods.  You don’t know what anti-oxidants are … well, it’s time you googled the word and studied it. This info is very, very interesting and absolutely necessary if you are trying to improve your health. It’s especially interesting to me because the chocolates I am eating rate so HIGH on the ORAC List, I think everyone should be eating them, and apparently many others agree.

The companythat makes these chocolates has been around for a long time and used to sell them in WalMart stores.  The owner, Jeanette Brooks, decided to update them and came up with this fabulous product now marketed internationally under the name MXI via multi-level marketing and making money for countless thousands of distributors.  If you’d like to know how you can make money from this company, or just more info on the chocolates and ORAC values, check out my website and contact me for further info.
